考研英語寫作投訴信又可稱為抱怨信，其主要目的是表達寫信人對于某一情況的不滿。人們在生活中經常會遇到一些不愉快的事情，比如消費利益受損、正常生活和工作受到干擾等等，有時寫封投訴信不失為一個解決辦法。那么，投訴信應該怎么寫呢？

投訴信通常包括以下幾個方面的內容：說明投訴的原因并表示遺憾；實事求是地闡述問題發(fā)生的經過，切忌夸大其詞；指出問題引起的后果；提出批評及處理意見，或敦促對方采取措施，或提出所希望的賠償以及補救方式。
